Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 5l2t website accessible at https://5l2t.io and all associated services, games, and betting markets made available through it.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully completed the registration process and holds a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual membership account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which all Platform services are accessed.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Member's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), used for placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Member on any casino game, sports event, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by 5l2t to Members, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, or any individual who has been self-excluded from the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 5l2t conducts before processing any withdrawal or when otherwise required by Platform policy.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 5l2t Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, access any game, or place any wager on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 5l2t reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the 5l2t Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third parties acting on your behalf — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details remain accurate and current. 5l2t will not be liable for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 5l2t support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 5l2t Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 5l2t makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Members who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk and without Platform endorsement.

Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

5l2t is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, 5l2t operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership (mobile wallet screenshot or bank statement confirming the account holder's name).

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

5l2t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity; collusion or cheating; money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns; provision of false registration information; or any activity that 5l2t determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 5l2t will attempt to notify the Member via their registered contact method prior to reclassifying the Account. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the available Wallet balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the Account by logging in and contacting support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

5l2t currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank are also available for deposit. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 5l2t does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Member's own name.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to Members via the Account settings panel. 5l2t reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to the Member's Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to the Member's registered mobile wallet within 1–3 hours of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or when additional KYC verification is required.

4.4 Fees

5l2t does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions) may apply their own standard transaction charges. 5l2t is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers and strongly recommends Members consult their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.

4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, a Member must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have deposited at least once using the same payment method designated for withdrawal; (c) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus funds included in the withdrawal balance; and (d) not have any open dispute, chargeback, or fraud investigation associated with their Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives offered by 5l2t are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that specific offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Tournament Prizes

Prize pool winnings from 5l2t platform tournaments — including seasonal events tied to BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day celebrations — are distributed automatically to the winner's registered bKash or Nagad account within 24 hours of the tournament closing. Tournament prize distributions are final and non-negotiable. All prize amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

5l2t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion, bonus offer, or tournament at any time, including where a promotion has been affected by a technical error, misprint, or abuse. 5l2t will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes to active promotions.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Wagers

All wagers placed on 5l2t are final once confirmed by the Platform. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all wager details — including selection, stake amount, and market type — before confirming any bet. 5l2t will not void or amend a confirmed wager due to a Member's error in selection.

6.2 Odds & Market Suspension

Odds displayed on the 5l2t sportsbook are subject to change at any time up until the moment a wager is confirmed. 5l2t reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice, including during a live event. Where a market is suspended before a wager is placed, the bet will not be accepted. Where a market is suspended after a wager is confirmed, the bet stands at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.

6.3 Void Bets

5l2t reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) it was placed after the outcome of an event was determined; (b) it resulted from a manifest pricing error; (c) the relevant event was cancelled, abandoned, or ruled incomplete without a valid result; or (d) there is reasonable evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void wagers are refunded to the Member's Wallet at the original stake amount.

6.4 Cricket Betting Markets

5l2t covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. Cricket betting markets include pre-match and live in-play options. Match-specific rules apply to each market type and are displayed alongside the relevant market in the sportsbook. In the event of a match being interrupted by weather, the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method result will be used where applicable for settlement purposes.

Casino Games

7.1 Game Availability

The 5l2t casino library comprises 800+ titles sourced from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other certified game studios. Game availability may vary at any time due to provider maintenance, regulatory requirements, or Platform decisions. 5l2t does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on the 5l2t Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG software used by 5l2t's game studio partners is independently tested and certified for fairness. 5l2t does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter the RNG results of any game provided by a third-party studio.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other live casino providers. Technical disruptions — including stream interruptions, software disconnections, and network failures — may occur. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined using the game provider's official disconnection policy, which is documented within each game's help section.

7.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of any game round, 5l2t and its game providers reserve the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Member's Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Claims regarding alleged malfunctions must be submitted to 5l2t support within 72 hours of the affected game session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5l2t Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from 5l2t.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or pricing errors to generate systematic profits at the Platform's expense.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing to fund any Account Wallet transaction.
• Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age or identity in any communication with 5l2t.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or distribute any portion of the 5l2t Platform, its code, or its content without express written permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5l2t staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Placing wagers using funds sourced from a payment account not registered in your own legal name.

Responsible Gaming

5l2t is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from the Account settings panel, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available immediately after login and do not require support agent interaction to activate.

5l2t enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Members. The Platform employs age verification checks at registration and during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds will be returned to the verified payment source.

This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or republish any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; redistribute, sell, or sublicense any portion of the Platform or its content; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent from 5l2t.

All game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.

Privacy & Data

5l2t collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5l2t will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5l2t's total cumulative liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5l2t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of anticipated savings; or loss of business opportunity, arising from the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 5l2t has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5l2t does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5l2t will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated to Members in advance where possible.

5l2t accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, mobile network disruptions, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages that are outside of 5l2t's direct control. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all time-sensitive Platform events and promotions unless otherwise stated.

Amendments to These Terms

5l2t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Member rights, payment terms, or game rules — 5l2t will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform's on-site notification system or via the Member's registered contact method.

Continued use of the 5l2t Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. If a Member does not agree to the revised terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request closure of their Account by contacting 5l2t support via live chat.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in effect is always the version displayed on this page. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

Contact & Dispute Resolution

For any questions, concerns, or disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions, Members should contact the 5l2t support team in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat function available on the Platform. The support team operates in English and has an average response time of 2–5 minutes.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through live chat, Members may submit a formal written complaint by email to: [email protected]. 5l2t will acknowledge formal written complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt.

5l2t is committed to resolving all Member disputes fairly and efficiently. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Member's satisfaction through the internal process, the Member may seek resolution through available alternative dispute resolution channels in their jurisdiction. 5l2t does not waive any rights or defences by engaging in the dispute resolution process.
